Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and services provided by Exprtec Automation Studio. Payment processing is not integrated on this website yet, and product access may currently be handled through an invitation flow.

Subscriptions

When subscription billing is available, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation process shown in the product or checkout flow. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We may approve refunds for:

  • Duplicate charges.
  • Billing errors.
  • Service access issues that we cannot reasonably resolve.

Non-Refundable Items

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we approve a refund at our discretion. Custom implementation, onboarding, consulting, or setup work may be non-refundable once work has begun.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, product name, charge date, and reason for the request. We will review the request and respond with the outcome.
